Where has my Gold gone?
Please note: Gold cannot disappear from your account without reason. If your amount of Gold has decreased, it means that you have performed an action that required you to pay with Gold.
If you don't remember what exactly the Gold was spent on, please contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
In your message, please specify the amount of Gold that was lost, as well as the date and approximate time when you noticed that it was missing.
