An error appears when paying with Google Play. What should I do?
When an error appears, we recommend that you clear the game cache in settings and restart your device. Also, try not to minimize the game when you're making a purchase.
If you have carried out all of the above recommendations but the issue still hasn't been resolved, please contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
