I have a Plarium ID. Why can't I restore my game progress?
This issue usually arises among players who created a Plarium ID on a mobile device but didn't authorize it in the Plarium Play app or on plarium.com.
You can do so as follows:
- Open the Plarium Play app or go to plarium.com.
- Hit the "Log in" button.
- Enter the email address your Plarium ID is linked to and hit the "Next" button.
- Enter your password and hit the "Log in" button: your Plarium ID will be authorized.
After you have logged in, you can edit your profile, confirm your email address, and link your game account to Facebook or Twitch.
Once you have been authorized, you will be able to restore your game progress and launch Vikings: War of Clans with your data on another mobile device or personal computer. Read more about this in the "Plarium ID" and "Running the game on multiple devices" subsections.
