How can I cancel the account link?
To cancel the account link to any synchronization service, you can contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
So that the Plarium Vikings Support Team can process your inquiry faster, please include the ID of the account for which you want to cancel the link in your inquiry to support. You can find this ID in the User ID section of the Menu. Also, be sure to attach the payment receipts for any Bank offers that were purchased from this account. If you haven't made any purchases, please state this in your message.
