Why can't I make a purchase?
In most cases, the reason for this issue is mentioned in the error message that appears when you try to make a purchase.
If the reason is not stated in the message, it's worth checking:
- The status of your internet connection
- The working efficiency of your chosen payment method
- Whether the account number and balance of the account that is to be debited are correct
If you have checked everything mentioned above, but still cannot make a purchase, please contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
In your inquiry, please describe your situation in as much detail as possible and attach a screenshot of the error.
