Why can't I make a purchase? (WEB/Plarium Play)
If an error appears when you are purchasing a Bank offer, please contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
Please make sure you include the following information in your inquiry:
- A screenshot of the error
- Your ID (you can find this in the User ID section of the Menu)
- The approximate date and time when the purchase was made
- The approximate contents of the Bank offer that you were trying to purchase
- The payment method used to pay for the offer (the payment service name and purchase receipt, if available)
