How can I restart the game?
If you want to restart the game, the fastest way to do so is to run it on another mobile device or on Facebook by using a profile that has not previously been linked to your current game account.
You can find information about transferring an account from one device to another here.
If you use an account on plarium.com, you can restart the game by registering a new profile on the site.
If you need to start a new game on a device where you already have a game account, contact support in one of the following ways:
- Select the Support Team section in the game Menu.
- Go to the "Ask a question" form via this link.
- Send an email to games.support@plarium.com.
So that we can process your inquiry faster, please include your account ID or your Kingdom's number and Town's coordinates in your first inquiry to support.
